We regret this service is temporarily unavailableFor a modest, pre agreed fee (£35.00) we arrange for a professional surveyor to visit your home, by appointment, he will listen to what you intend to do and measure all of the doors - including hinge holes/drawer fronts and accessories. At your request he will bring door/colour samples for you to see but he WILL NOT attempt to sell to you. He will produce a detailed list of all the items you need and leave a copy with you, another copy will be brought back for us to cost from which we will Email your quotation. The nominal fee (£35.00) which is payable direct to the surveyor at the time he calls represents only a contribution to the cost of travelling to your home and the time spent in doing the survey - not a lot to pay for complete peace of mind (in the unlikely event the surveyor incorrectly measures the faulty item(s) will be replaced at no extra cost to you). Due to limited resources we are restricting the availability of these appointments to early weekday evenings (around 17.00).We are sure that you will appreciate that this service is intended as an aid to genuine, potential customers who do not have the confidence to measure themselves and whilst there is no committment to purchase from us we request that you have a minimum of 15 items to be measured.
