Spray Painted Replacement Doors | ||||

You no longer have to be satisfied with the limited choice of door colours that suppliers make available. Provided you require 10 or more items you can now choose Any colour for your kitchen makeover. We will spray paint your new doors and Accessories to match any colour from any paint suppliers chart. By choosing your own shade you make your kitchen unique. Alternatively YOU can Hand Paint the doors yourself. We can supply in the Raw state sanded ready for painting. We are frequently asked to supply additional paint so that customers can paint other items in their kitchen. Unfortunately this is not possible because the paint used for spraying cannot be applied by brush or roller. The spray paint comprises two components which mix together in the nozzle of the spray gun and undergo a chemical reaction or 'cure' on the sprayed surface, producing a very hard, durable finish. Our two main Painted Options are doors constructed from Oak which allows the Woodgrain to show through the painted surface. If this is not the effect you wish to create then Maple will be used and this results in a smooth satin finish to the doors (please see images of each type on right). If you need just a small number of doors we regret that the costs involved in setting up and cleaning out the spray equipment are such that each item becomes completeley uncompetitive. In these cases we suggest you consider the Raw timber option or alternatively our Single Piece Downland Vinyl Wrapped range of styles which can be supplied without the Vinyl finish. This makes available for painting a wide number of styles at very competitive prices. With our Quantity Discount scheme the more you buy the Bigger the Discount therefore be sure to include everything you need to get the best possible price. Please Note Whilst our prices are highly competitive Painted doors should Not be considered a low cost option. As a result of all of the manufacturing stages required and the cost of the raw materials used these are relatively expensive. You will find that many of the exclusive fitted kitchen studios offer these doors at considerably higher costs than ours.
