Hi Gloss Kitchen Bedroom or Bathroom Door Ranges Shannon Hi Gloss Price Example
The Hi Gloss Slab style, a plain and simple design is currently our most popular door. Create your own unique look by mixing more than one gloss colour in a single room, with, for example, gloss red wall cupboard doors and gloss black base cabinet doors and drawer fronts. Alternatively use gloss cream doors throughout with gloss beige drawer fronts, the possibilities are endless. Hi gloss is in itself a strong feature and is probably used to best effect in a plain, simple design such as Slab or Chamfered styles (plus others in the Shannon Gloss door Range). However for those who seek a more elaborate door design but in a Hi Gloss colour then the Downland Gloss range is worth looking at. Wardrobe size doors are available as are glazed or mirrored panel options for most styles. An alternative option is to supply rebated open frames for you to glaze. Gloss White is a continuing popular choice for bathroom doors and panels.
These replacement doors are made using 18mm thick medium density fibreboard (MDF) with a laminated melamine back in a choice of three colours, White, Cream or Silver. Computer controlled routing machines are used to cut edge and face patterns into the raw MDF. The vinyl foil is then stuck to the face and four edges by means of a press. Only the highest quality moisture resistant board and heavy guage vinyl foil are used so as to ensure years of trouble free service. The Minimum height or width is 100mm, the Maximum height is 2400mm, Maximum width is 1000mm.
All of the doors in all of our ranges are completely made to measure and we will quote for any size which is specified (within the size limits for that range - see above). It is worth noting however that in order for doors and drawers to open without rubbing against an adjacent item then door and drawer front widths are usually a few mm less than the cabinet width. A typical door or drawer front for a 500mm wide cabinet would be 496mm wide. At the stage where you are providing sizes for us to quote please do not be too concerned about this aspect. Once you have placed your order we have a tried and tested system for ensuring these sorts of details are specified correctly. Similarly with hinge holes, for quotation we only need to know whether the door is to be drilled or not, we will request details for positions when you have placed the order.
Please note there is NO technical difference, other than colour, between the various Hi Gloss Slab Style doors illustrated. |
