Although our doors are made to the highest production and inspection standards, from time to time a 'rogue' item escapes and finds it's way to the end user. We have a very thorough system for detailing all items a customer has ordered and we insist that a copy of this specification is approved by the customer before production commences. If a door/drawer front, or any item, is made to an incorrect size/design/colour this is clearly our responsibilty and on receipt of a picture we will replace the 'faulty' item(s), at no charge, as quickly as possible. If a door is made defectively or from defective materials which are likely to cause failure in use this will become apparent very quickly (within days rather than weeks), again on receipt of picture evidence we will replace as quickly as possible. This guarantee is good for one year, from the date purchased, but is dependent on the item having been treated with reasonable care.
