Glazed Doors

Any door size can be glazed with Clear or Frosted Glass or Silver Mirror. A 'dry' beading method is used to retain the glass which produces a very neat finish to the inside of the door. When you submit your sizes for Quotation just indicate on the form any doors which you wish to be Glass or Mirror. These will be included in the Quotation and the details will be clearly specified when you place your order.

Dorchester Style combines the Classic Elegance of a Shaker door with 'up to the minute' door making technology. All Doors & Drawer Fronts are made to measure therefore are ideal for refurbishing existing installations and also for new build. This is the Premium Style of the Cherwell Range. "It is hard to believe that such a superbly finished Door can be sold for such a low price".

Five piece Panel Door. Five piece refers to the construction of the door ie a frame comprising 4 sides with an inset panel. The frame profile, 84mm Wide and 22mm Thick, with a slot into which fits the 9mm thick matching MDF panel, is Vinyl Wrapped Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF). The corners of the door frame are butt jointed in the traditional way, dowelled and glued together. The Minimum practical drawer front height is 115mm, drawer fronts are also 5 piece (see pic below). The Maximum door height is 2400mm, Maximum width is 1000mm.
