Assembly - Replacement Kitchen Doors

Simple Step by Step Guide to Assembling your Self Close Drawer Boxes (see separate sheet for instructions on fitting drawer front brackets and drawer runners. Click on the pics to see a larger image.

	STEP 1. Check that for each box you have a base, a back, one LH & one RH side. One LH & one RH back brackets, two adjuster cover plates, two drawer front brackets and at least 8 x 16 x 4 screws.		STEP 2. Clip the appropriate back bracket into each side.
	STEP 3. Attach the back by screwing through the brackets. Take care to ensure the screws you use are not too long.		STEP 4. Attach the base by screwing through the appropriate holes in the sides. Take care to ensure the screws you use are not too long.

STEP 5. Fit the drawer front brackets in appropriate positions (see instruction sheet). The pic shows how the brackets push and lock into the mechanism contained in the drawer sides. Alignment of the drawer front is achieved through the opening in the drawer side. When complete clip the plastic cover plates into position.
