The manufacturing lead time is only 7-10 working days which is impressively quick considering every item is custom made for each order.
When you have taken the decision to order the first step is to pay a 50% deposit (usually by card by telephone). We purposely do not provide on line payment facilities as we believe that the reassurance and enhanced security provided by dealing with a 'real' person rather than just a computer is very important. A point worth making here is that unlike some suppliers we do not make additional charges for payment by credit card.

Our ordering process is designed to eliminate potential problems before the products are made. Although it is possible for you to calculate the cost of what you need we find that most customers still prefer to receive an official quotation. The best way to do this is to use the Quick Quotation form (a link to which may be found on each of the door style pages), just add the sizes and quantities for each item, press the button and a copy is sent to us with a confirmation copy to your In Box. During the working day we will Email your quotation within a few hours. On receipt of your deposit we transcribe to a Specification form, the information you have provided, scan it and Email back for you to finally check and approve. Your card voucher, invoice and a hard copy of the specification form is posted to you.
When your order is ready we Email a number of possible delivery dates for you to select the most convenient. Deliveries are normally made by a next day carrier service. The carrier charges by weight of consignment and this is passed on at cost. Deliveries can be made anywhere within the UK mainland, the carriers require supplements for a few Scottish highland postcodes and also IOW. We have customers outside of these locations who either arrange collection or who request we deliver to a UK port for them to arrange forwarding.
